Really? That’s something I’d never have said about myself. I think I’m pretty analytical and detached.

Yeah, but the thing about you is you’re always thinking about how to make people’s lives better.

You could be a banker or something like that but you’re not; you design low-priced buildings for people that’re sturdy and functional.

That’s true, but I don’t think most people would see that as being characteristically big-hearted, necessarily.

I think people see it. Could you hand me some of the yellow stuff, the tequila?

Of course. You know, I’m glad I have someone who’ll sit with me in the sad corner at parties.

No problem, I love it. Just wait until someone comes along who really appreciates you, then it’ll be a proper happy one, with bright flashing candles and kazoos.

As much as I want to hug you, I don’t think you should have any more to drink.
